General Conditions
In order to make your stay pleasant in our hotel, we ask you to read the regulation. At the time of booking confirmation, the regulation is considered accepted explicitly.
The following regulation serves to guarantee all guests an orderly, serene and peaceful use of the structure. Failure to comply involves the removal of the guest and reporting to the public security authorities (police or carabinieri).
Documents: Upon arrival guests must be provided with identification documents in order to fill out and communicate the presence to the police including minors absolutely. The accepted documents are: Identity Card, Passport or Driver's License.
Privacy: The right to the protection of personal data of each customer is guaranteed by the observance of the law 196/2003.
Hotel payment: The hotel bill must be paid on the day of arrival. Payment methods are accepted: Bank transfer in advance, cash, ATM, credit cards. No cheques.
Bookings: Bookings can be made in the following ways:
- by telephone: in these cases the reservation is considered completed and concluded when the customer sends a copy of the deposit payment by bank transfer previously agreed with the reception.
- directly at the reception it is sufficient the customer's adhesion and the compilation of the identification form with deposit payment.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the customer the deposit will not be returned (art. 1382 c.c.).
Room assignment: The choice and designation of the place, in the type and category booked, is at the total discretion of the Hotel Management.
It is absolutely forbidden to receive in the room/suite people not registered in the hotel. It is at the discretion of the management and the property to report to the P.S. authorities all unauthorized people found inside the hotel.
The hotel rooms are available only after 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The room keys must be returned to the reception desk. Rates are per day regardless of the time of entry. The request for cradle in the room involves an extra charge of € 10.00. For those staying several days is expected to clean the suite every day by 1.00 p.m.
Parents of children or teenagers (or those who exercise parental authority) are responsible for acts committed by minors within the hotel and so they are required to supervise them making sure that they behave correctly towards the structure, the other guests and have the obligation to respect the silence.
Animals of any kind are not allowed in the hotel.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use a stove, food warmers and irons in the rooms. It is also forbidden to use the toilets as a spillway and it is recommended to use the baskets specially prepared.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the suites. Smoking is allowed in open spaces or outside on the veranda.
It is forbidden to take the linen away from the hotel. Any items or missing linen will be charged to the customer's account. Any damage to the structure, objects, will be charged to the account of the customer who caused them. In no way and for no reason can the furnishings of the suite be moved. It is absolutely forbidden to take out of your room the linen provided, as it remains for the exclusive use of the same.
Safes: PlazaCarrisi Hotel declines all responsibility for any valuables left in the rooms (jewelry, cameras, etc.)
Hours of silence: During the hours 23:30 - 08:30, 14.30 – 16.30, guests are requested to behave in such a way as not to disturb the guests' rest (including loud voices or other noise). The use of television or radio is allowed with moderate volume.
Breakfast is served from 07:30 to 09:30 a.m. in the saloon on the ground floor. Please report food intolerances and allergies at the reception desk in good time when making your reservation.
Hotel hours: The hotel is open 24 hours a day. For night service in case of emergency please call the reception numbers.
WI-FI and internet Point: Wi-Fi is free for the exclusive use of hotel customers and is monitored and controlled by the postal police. To access, contact reception.
In-room TV: The use of television (or radio) is allowed with moderate volume.
In case of suspension of electricity supply due to Enel or water supply due to the supplier company or other causes of force majeure, the Management declines all responsibility and is not obliged to any refund.
The voltage of the electrical sockets is 220-240V with frequency 50Hz, check that your equipment is suitable for this type of current. The electrical sockets are European type. Provide yourself with adapters if your equipment is equipped with plugs with a different system. The hotelier is not responsible for any damage to the equipment due to force majeure (sudden blackouts, power surges, etc.).
